I was very upset when the conversation ended. “ what’s the plan” that’s all she was saying and “ what is her insurance”. When I spoke to the woman in admissions she had not received the paperwork yet and when I told her where my mother was coming from and she had a strange response, then she called me back and was extremely abrupt and aggressive. I called a few places to inquire about a tour. I live in Morris county and work 5 minutes from this facility so I thought it would be great for her to be so close by.
